About Delivery & Self Pick-up

Self Pick-up:
Item(s) could be picked up in ALOT showroom within opening hour for free. Maximum storage period is 10 days.   However, please note that our retail staffs will not be able to help in lifting the products into the vehicles, please make sure you bring enough helpers for picking up the items.

In home delivery service by ALOT:
In home delivery service is available at a cost depending on the designated location. This service includes installation if needed.

In home delivery usually includes our premium White Glove Service - items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice — and are then unpacked and fully assembled.

Please note that all delivery fees quoted here are for reference only and are subject to change depending on the actual circumstances.

In-home delivery and White Glove Service is not available to all postal codes. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location.

Delivery preparation:

Before order placing, please make sure our furniture will fit into your home. Which include the entire way that the furniture will travel, which includes front gate, back door, doorways, elevators, and stairs. 

If you live in an apartment, please book the elevator during your delivery time. If there is no elevator? Extra cost will be added for the order to deliver.
